Dear Family & Friends,

Tod and I set out on a new adventure a few years ago and would like to share our big dream turned reality.  Tod and I have fallen in love with Napa Valley and some time ago, found a great piece of land.  We are currently working on planting a vineyard in the town of Angwin, Howell Mountain Appellation.  Angwin is located in Napa Valley, on the hillside east of St. Helena.  We purchased a piece of tranquility on 4.5 acres.  We have been working very hard this year – we’ve drilled a well and have had the land prepared to plant Cabernet Sauvignon grapes next spring, sometime after the frost.
 
In the interim, we have been buying fruit from the very same mountain we love.  In 2011, we bottled our first year of “KrisTodd Vineyards” Cabernet Sauvignon from the 2009 harvest.  We have continued to bottle fruit from Howell Mountain for the 2010-2012 years.  Last year, after finally finding the perfect winemaker, we expanded our brand and bottled a fabulous Sauvignon Blanc from some delightful fruit from Yountville.
 
Two weeks ago we harvested our 2014 fruit and our winemaker, Brian Brakesman, is transforming our fruit once again.  We will also be bottling a 2014 Rosé from our Howell Mountain Cabernet.
 
We are so very proud of our new venture and hope you will all help watch us grow.
